Rachael qualified as a reflexologist in 2019 and has been practising ever since. She first discovered reflexology through her own experience of its benefits, which inspired her to train professionally and share the practice with others.
She takes a holistic approach — treating the whole person rather than a single symptom — and tailors every session to each client's needs, health history and how they are feeling on the day. Empathy, professionalism and confidentiality sit at the heart of every treatment.
Trained to professional standards in reflexology theory and practice.
Full member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists, practising to their codes of ethics.
Covered by professional therapist insurance for treatments in your home.
Your first session begins with a short, confidential consultation about your health and lifestyle so the treatment can be tailored to you. You'll then relax — seated or lying on the treatment couch Rachael brings — while she works on your feet for around 45–50 minutes. Afterwards you'll get simple aftercare advice. All you need to provide is a quiet corner of a room.
