Clients often book sessions to support relaxation and stress reduction, general wellbeing, improved mood and sleep, and as a complement to their existing healthcare. Reflexology is suitable for most adults; certain conditions require a GP's go-ahead first, so just mention anything relevant when booking.
Life happens, so please give at least 24 hours' notice to rearrange. That way the appointment can be offered to someone else. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the session fee.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy and is not a cure for medical conditions, nor a substitute for medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a serious health condition, or are under a consultant's care, please tell Rachael when booking, because in some cases a GP's approval will be needed before treatment.
