RB Reflexology ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Contact and booking details are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Health information gathered in your consultation is "special category" data and is processed only with your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.
To arrange and provide treatments we collect your name, contact details and address (for home visits), plus relevant health information gathered in your consultation. Health information is "special category" data and is only used, with your consent, to make sure treatments are safe and tailored to you.
Consultation records are kept securely: paper records in a locked location, digital records password-protected. In line with insurance and professional-body requirements, records are retained for 7–8 years after your last treatment (or, for children, until age 25) and then securely destroyed.
The website and our email are hosted by IONOS in UK/EU data centres. Online bookings are handled by Fresha, which processes your booking details solely to manage appointments and send confirmations and reminders, under its own privacy policy. We do not transfer your data outside the UK/EEA except as required by these providers under appropriate safeguards.
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by email and are not stored on the web server. To prevent automated abuse, the server briefly keeps an anonymised (hashed) record linked to a sender's connection, which is deleted automatically within hours. Your message itself is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time through the contact form on this website. If you have a concern about how your data is handled you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If online booking is embedded, the booking provider's own privacy policy also applies.
