RB Reflexology ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
To arrange and provide treatments we collect your name, contact details and address (for home visits), plus relevant health information gathered in your consultation. Health information is "special category" data and is only used, with your consent, to make sure treatments are safe and tailored to you.
Consultation records are kept securely — paper records in a locked location, digital records password-protected. In line with insurance and professional-body requirements, records are retained for 7–8 years after your last treatment (or, for children, until age 25) and then securely destroyed.
We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Booking details are processed by our booking provider solely to manage your appointments and send confirmations and reminders.
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time through the contact form on this website. If you have a concern about how your data is handled you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If online booking is embedded, the booking provider's own privacy policy also applies.
